Report #9996

[agent\_craft] Summarizing long logs or threads without losing actionable context

Use the inverted pyramid structure: lead with the root cause and the immediate action item, followed by the supporting context. Never truncate an error string without indicating the omission.

Journey Context:
Agents often output the full log \(noise\) or an over-abstracted summary \(missing the exact string needed for a search\). Humans need the exact error to debug. Leading with the fix saves time; providing the raw string at the bottom enables independent investigation.
