[gotcha] Agent ranks likely diagnoses without first checking emergency red flags

Screen for emergency red flags before any differential. If any are present—chest pain, severe breathing difficulty, sudden weakness, worst headache, severe bleeding, signs of stroke, severe allergic reaction—direct to emergency services immediately.
