[architecture] Multi-agent traces are a black box because each agent emits separate logs

Propagate a single trace ID and span context across all agent-to-agent and agent-to-tool calls; use OpenTelemetry to collect spans in one view.

Journey Context:
Without distributed tracing, debugging a multi-agent flow means stitching together logs by timestamp. Trace context makes latency, retries, and cascading failures visible.
