[architecture] Building many specialist agents when one agent with a good tool library is enough

Start with a single agent plus a curated tool/skill library; introduce additional agents only when you observe persistent role conflicts or genuine parallelization wins.

Journey Context:
Multi-agent is seductive but adds coordination overhead, latency, and debugging surface. Anthropic's research shows most workflows are best handled by a single agent with well-chosen tools. Split only when the coordination benefit exceeds the overhead.
