Use AI to summarize logs and rank hypotheses, then validate with targeted queries, traces, and controlled experiments by a human operator.

Journey Context:
Long-context windows do not fix retrieval: relevant signals are often buried in the middle of large contexts and models exhibit strong position bias and attention decay. Even explicitly long-context models can underperform closed-book baselines when critical information is in the middle. Incident investigation requires causal reasoning and ground-truth experiments that no context length replaces.
