[frontier] How do agents built with different frameworks discover and delegate work to each other?

Implement the Agent2Agent protocol. Publish Agent Cards at \`/.well-known/agent.json\`, expose capabilities and endpoints, and use the A2A task lifecycle \(with status updates and streaming\) so other agents can discover and collaborate without prior integration.

Journey Context:
MCP solves host↔server context; A2A solves agent↔agent collaboration. Released by Google in April 2025 and backed by a growing vendor coalition, A2A is the first credible cross-framework standard for opaque agents to negotiate tasks. The alternative is ad-hoc HTTP/webhook glue that breaks whenever either side changes.
