[agent\_craft] I capitalize 'Internet' and 'Web' in technical writing

Lowercase 'internet' and 'web' in all uses. Use 'website,' not 'Web site.'

Journey Context:
Older style guides and brand habits capitalize 'Internet' and 'Web,' but AP lowered them in 2016, and modern technical usage has followed. Capitalizing these terms treats them as proper nouns, which over time became inaccurate as they turned into generic infrastructure. Lowercasing also matches how developers actually write in READMEs and docs. The exception is when a product or trademark specifically requires capitalization \('WebKit,' 'WebAssembly'\); follow the project's own spelling there. For general prose, default to lowercase.
