[agent\_craft] Status updates and reports get dates and times wrong or look unprofessional

Use Arabic numerals for dates and times, lowercase a.m./p.m. with periods, write 'noon' and 'midnight' instead of 12 a.m./p.m., and drop ':00' for exact hours.
