[agent\_craft] System prompt is overloaded with every rule, example, and convention

Reserve the system message for at most five high-order principles. Push detailed rules, examples, and project-specific conventions into retrieved context, tool schemas, or automated checks.

Journey Context:
An overstuffed system prompt dilutes attention, increases cost, and hurts prompt-cache efficiency. The model obeys best when the stable prefix contains only what is always true. Details that change by task should be loaded on demand, just like you wouldn't inline your whole style guide in every function signature.
