[agent\_craft] Failing to surface crisis resources because the disclosure was ambiguous or indirect

Err on the side of providing resources when language hints at self-harm, hopelessness, or being unsafe, even if the user quickly returns to code. Use a gentle pivot: 'I want to check in—some of what you shared worried me. If you're in crisis, help is available...' Then give resources and ask how they'd like to proceed.

Journey Context:
Users often test the water with indirect language such as 'I don't see the point anymore' or 'nothing works' before explicit disclosure. Agents parse this literally and miss the signal. Missing an ambiguous cue is worse than providing an unnecessary resource. The calibration is to respond proportionally: do not accuse, do not panic, but do name the concern and offer help.
