Report #98935

[agent\_craft] Explanations are padded with filler phrases and redundant qualifiers

Cut words that add no meaning: 'very', 'really', 'in order to', 'due to the fact that', 'at this point in time'. Replace weak verb\+noun phrases with strong verbs \('perform an analysis' → 'analyze'\).

Journey Context:
Agents often over-explain to be thorough, producing sentences like 'It is important to note that the system will, at this point in time, be required to perform the implementation of the change.' Strunk's rule is 'Omit needless words.' The test is simple: remove the phrase. If the meaning is unchanged, leave it out. Concision is not brevity for its own sake; every extra word dilutes emphasis and increases cognitive load.
