Report #98933

[agent\_craft] Docs switch between 'we', 'the user', and 'you' inconsistently

Address the reader as 'you'. Use imperative for instructions \('Click Submit'\). Reserve 'user' for the end user of the software the reader is building. Use 'we' only when the authoring organization is the explicit antecedent.

Journey Context:
Inconsistent person breaks immersion and makes procedures harder to scan. Google's rule is to assume the reader is the person doing the task, so imperative is preferred because the 'you' is implied. First-person plural is allowed only when the organization is clearly the subject. The common mistake is using 'the user' as a distancing maneuver; it makes instructions feel like they are about someone else.
