[gotcha] Recommending aspirin at home when stroke symptoms appear

For sudden stroke signs \(face drooping, arm weakness, speech difficulty, time to call emergency services\), instruct calling emergency services immediately and do NOT take aspirin until brain imaging rules out hemorrhagic stroke.

Journey Context:
About 15% of strokes are hemorrhagic, and aspirin is an antiplatelet agent that can worsen bleeding. Even for ischemic stroke, aspirin is given in hospital after CT/MRI and only in specific time windows. Agents sometimes generalize from heart attack advice \('call 911, chew aspirin'\) to stroke, but the biology is opposite: aspirin can turn a bleeding stroke into a disaster. The rule is EMS first, imaging first, aspirin later only if prescribed.
