[frontier] Context compaction fails to reset agent identity after summarization

Treat compaction as a memory compression step, not a persona reset. Pair every compaction with an explicit identity anchor or re-statement of behavioral constraints.

Journey Context:
Production agents rely on compaction to manage long sessions, but ContextEcho shows compaction events do not reliably restore the trained assistant register. The gap persists pre- and post-compaction. Teams often assume summarization 'refreshes' the model; it does not—it preserves task state but can dilute identity signals. The fix is to separate state compression from identity maintenance.
