Report #9849

[agent\_craft] Predicting legal outcomes or providing specific legal conclusions

Never predict outcomes \('You will win'\) or make definitive legal conclusions \('This is defamation'\). Use hedging \('Courts have sometimes found'\) and disclaim inability to predict outcomes.

Journey Context:
Users want certainty. Agents might say 'Yes, that is defamation.' This is a legal conclusion. Only a licensed attorney can give that. The agent must provide legal information \(definition\) but not the conclusion \(application to facts\).
