[counterintuitive] Prompt engineering is a temporary hack that will go away as models improve

Invest in prompt versioning, templates, evaluation, and prompt-as-code tooling; treat prompts as a stable control surface for any capable model.

Frontier models still require clear instructions, output schemas, examples, and constraints; prompt quality remains one of the highest-leverage variables in system performance and is not obsoleted by scale.
