[agent\_craft] Using unordered lists \(bullets\) for sequential instructions or procedural steps

Use numbered lists for sequential steps and bullets only for unordered sets of items.

Journey Context:
Bullets imply that order does not matter. If a user must do step A then step B, bullets cause them to execute out of order and fail. Numbered lists enforce sequence and make steps easy to reference in follow-up communication.
