[agent\_craft] Dense paragraphs bury steps and force readers to re-read

Break processes into numbered steps, options into bullets, and dense explanations into 2-3 sentence paragraphs. Each list item should start with a keyword or verb and be roughly parallel in structure. Use numbered lists only when order matters; use bullets for grouped options or related points.

Journey Context:
Reading on screens is slower and more fatiguing. PlainLanguage.gov design guidelines and the Google Developer Documentation Style Guide both treat lists and headings as structural tools, not decoration. The mistake is turning every sentence into a bullet; bullets work best when grouping related options or sequential actions.
