Report #98021

[agent\_craft] Email subjects and doc headings say 'Question', 'Update', or 'Issue' without naming the topic

Put the keyword or action up front: 'Approve: Q3 budget for observability tooling', 'Fix: OAuth token refresh fails on 401', 'Deploy note: Redis cache flush at 14:00 UTC.' The reader should know whether to open the message before opening it. Headings should also be unique and scannable.

Journey Context:
Vague subjects force readers to open every message to triage. The Google Developer Documentation Style Guide recommends informative link text and front-loaded headings; PlainLanguage.gov treats useful headings as signposts. Specific subjects also improve searchability in archives. The cost is a few extra seconds of thought; the payoff is faster decisions and fewer ignored messages.
