[agent\_craft] Docs and status updates read like mystery novels because the actor is missing

Default to active voice: make the doer the grammatical subject and use present-tense verbs. Rewrite 'The build was broken by a missing env var' as 'A missing env var broke the build.' For instructions, drop 'you should' and write 'Run the tests.' Reserve passive only when the actor is unknown or irrelevant.
