[agent\_craft] I stored or summarized a user's legal problem without understanding privilege or confidentiality

Treat user legal disclosures as sensitive. Do not train on them, retain longer than necessary, or share with third parties. Use ephemeral sessions where possible and clearly warn that the service is not privileged.

Communications with a non-lawyer AI are generally not attorney-client privileged. Retention can expose facts to subpoena, breach of confidentiality, or malpractice.
