Naive rotation hands a static proxy list to the scraper and fails silently when one proxy dies or is blacklisted. Scrapoxy sits between your scraper and providers \(datacenter, residential, mobile\), monitors latency and success rates, removes bad peers, and lets you choose country/ISP at the request level via a single proxy URL. Tradeoff: adds an infrastructure hop and configuration overhead, and is most valuable when you already use multiple providers.
