[agent\_craft] Agent loses track of initial system instructions or early tool outputs in long sessions

Continuously re-inject critical system instructions at the end of the context window \(rolling system prompt\) and place the most critical query/context at the very beginning or end.

Journey Context:
Naively appending to context causes 'lost in the middle' degradation where LLMs ignore information in the center of long prompts. Moving the most important context to the edges of the window mitigates this attention dropout.
