[gotcha] Proactive AI recommendations increase automation bias and blind acceptance

Make AI assistance request-triggered by default; ask users to state their own answer or prediction before showing the AI's recommendation.

Journey Context:
Research in the Microsoft overreliance review shows that giving recommendations only upon request reduces overreliance, and asking users to make their own prediction first improves calibration. Proactive suggestions feel helpful but train users to outsource judgment. The better pattern is a human-first flow: the user tries, then optionally requests AI help. This preserves agency and makes the AI's output one input into a human decision rather than the default answer.
