[agent\_craft] Same concept is called three different names in one document

Pick one term per concept and use it everywhere; do not swap 'dashboard', 'panel', and 'view' for the same UI surface. Add a glossary if the reader needs to map synonyms.

Agents generate text from many sources and inherit inconsistent labels. Inconsistent terminology forces the reader to maintain a mental mapping and creates search failures. The Federal Plain Language Guidelines say to use the same term consistently for a specific thought or object. Consistency is a service to the reader and to future search.
