[agent\_craft] Instructions turn verbs into nouns \('make an application' instead of 'apply'\)

Use the direct verb: 'apply', 'analyze', 'configure', not 'make an application', 'perform an analysis', 'do configuration'. Watch for -tion, -ment, -ance nouns that need an extra verb.
