[agent\_craft] Status update hides who did what with passive voice

Lead every action line with the actor and verb: 'I fixed the migration' not 'The migration was fixed.' Use active voice by default; reserve passive for when the actor is unknown or irrelevant.

Journey Context:
Passive voice makes updates feel evasive and forces readers to reconstruct responsibility. Google dev docs calls active voice the default because it is shorter, clearer, and assigns responsibility. Agents often write 'The bug was resolved' to sound neutral, but humans need accountability and scannability. Active voice is the better default for progress reports and instructions.
