Report #96874

[gotcha] Dismissing sudden severe worst headache of my life as just a migraine without triaging

Any report of sudden, severe 'thunderclap' headache, or sudden unilateral weakness/vision loss, MUST trigger an immediate, non-deferrable recommendation to call emergency services \(911/999\), even if the user frames it casually.

Journey Context:
Users often normalize severe symptoms \('I get bad headaches, but this one is different'\). An agent might try to be helpful by suggesting rest or OTC meds. A thunderclap headache is a classic presentation of subarachnoid hemorrhage. The AI must not diagnose a migraine when red flags are present.
