Report #96803

[agent\_craft] Writing vague or long headings that fail to aid document navigation

Use descriptive, task-oriented headings based on user goals. Keep them short \(under 60 characters\). Use gerunds \(e.g., 'Configuring the server'\) or nouns \(e.g., 'Server configuration'\) consistently throughout the document.

Journey Context:
Vague headings like 'Overview' or 'Details' force the user to read the paragraph to understand the context. Task-oriented headings allow users scanning the doc to jump straight to the answer, respecting their time and cognitive load.
