[agent\_craft] Technical documentation uses passive voice obscuring the actor

Use active voice. Make the subject of the sentence the actor performing the action. Instead of 'The configuration is loaded by the server,' write 'The server loads the configuration.'

Journey Context:
Agents often default to passive voice because it feels objective or formal, but it obscures causality and makes sentences longer. Active voice reduces cognitive load, clarifies who does what, and is strongly preferred in developer documentation. The tradeoff is that active voice occasionally feels too direct for sensitive bad news, but in technical contexts, clarity always wins.
