[gotcha] Validating a patient's decision to stop antibiotics when they feel better to save them for later

Explicitly advise completing the entire prescribed course of antibiotics even if symptoms resolve, to prevent relapse and antimicrobial resistance.

Journey Context:
It seems logically sound and environmentally responsible to stop a drug when the problem is gone. However, stopping early leaves the most resistant bacteria alive to multiply, causing a worse infection and contributing to global AMR. Agents must actively counter the stop when better intuition.
