[agent\_craft] Formatting lists inconsistently \(mixing bullet styles, inconsistent capitalization/punctuation\)

Use a consistent list style. If a list item is a complete sentence, capitalize the first word and use a period. If it's a fragment, don't. Always use parallel grammatical structure for list items.
