Report #95645

[agent\_craft] Summarizing code changes by just repeating the diff \("Changed variable name from X to Y"\)

Explain the \*why\* and the \*intent\* behind the change, not just the \*what\*. The diff already shows the what.

Journey Context:
A diff is the lowest-signal summary of a change. It requires the reader to reverse-engineer the intent. Good commit messages and documentation explain the business logic, bug context, or architectural reason. This aligns with conventional commits and standard engineering practices.
