[agent\_craft] Writing instructions in passive voice

Use active voice and address the user directly \(e.g., 'Click the button' instead of 'The button should be clicked'\).

Journey Context:
Passive voice is common in academic or formal writing, leading agents to adopt it to sound authoritative. However, in technical documentation, passive voice hides the actor, creates ambiguity, and requires more words. Active voice is direct, reduces cognitive load, and makes it clear who is performing the action.
