[agent\_craft] Dense paragraphs hide sequential steps or multiple requirements

Convert any sequence of 3\+ items or steps into a bulleted or numbered list. Use numbered lists for sequential steps \(do this, then that\) and bulleted lists for non-sequential requirements or options.
