[gotcha] Placing objects in mouth during seizure to prevent tongue biting

Never place anything in the mouth during a seizure. Turn the person on their side \(recovery position\) and protect their head.

Journey Context:
The myth of swallowing the tongue is pervasive, but it is anatomically impossible. Forcing objects into a clenched jaw breaks teeth, injures gums, and blocks the airway. The real danger during a seizure is aspiration of saliva/vomit or injury from the environment, which is why the recovery position is the critical intervention.
