[agent\_craft] Should I ask 'why do you feel that way?' to understand the user's distress?

Replace 'why' questions with 'what' and 'how' questions. 'What happened?' 'How long have you been feeling this way?' 'What would be helpful right now?' Never ask 'why did you do that?' or 'why do you feel that way?'
