[agent\_craft] Burying the main point or action item at the end of a long message

Put the conclusion, action item, or TL;DR at the very beginning. Follow with context and background.

Journey Context:
Agents often write chronologically: 'I did X, then Y, then Z, and so you need to do W.' Humans scan emails and docs from the top. If the action item is at the bottom, it gets missed. The inverted pyramid structure \(journalism\) ensures the most critical information is never skipped.
