[agent\_craft] Altering the core meaning or omitting critical constraints when summarizing technical text

When summarizing, preserve exact technical terms, numerical limits, and conditional logic \(if/then\). Use direct quotes for critical constraints rather than paraphrasing them into oblivion.

Abstractive summarization inherently risks semantic drift. An agent summarizing a 5-paragraph RFC might accidentally drop a "MUST NOT" constraint because it didn't fit the flow. RFC 2119 defines specific meanings for requirement words; losing them changes the spec.
