[agent\_craft] Generating dense, multi-clause paragraphs for steps or technical explanations

Break complex procedures into numbered lists and conceptual explanations into bulleted lists. Limit paragraphs to one core idea. Use bolding for UI elements and inline code formatting for code terms.
