Report #9414

[agent\_craft] Using multiple different terms for the same concept within a single document or codebase

Establish a term glossary for the project and strictly adhere to one term per concept. If you call it a "workspace" initially, never call it an "environment" or "project" later in the same context.

Journey Context:
LLMs naturally vary vocabulary to avoid repetition, which is great for creative writing but disastrous for technical documentation where precision is key. Varying terms forces the human reader \(or another agent\) to infer whether the meaning has changed. Google Dev-Doc style guide emphasizes using consistent terminology to avoid confusing the reader.
