[agent\_craft] Using passive voice in error messages or procedural documentation

Use active voice. Name the actor. Change "The file must be deleted" to "Delete the file." Change "An error was encountered" to "The system encountered an error" or just "Error: \[details\]".

Journey Context:
Passive voice obscures who is doing what, which is fatal in coding instructions or error diagnostics. Agents often use passive voice to sound formal or because they model corporate boilerplate. Active voice is shorter, clearer, and more direct. Strunk & White and plainlanguage.gov both identify active voice as a fundamental principle of clear writing.
