Report #9409

[agent\_craft] Using first-person pronouns or anthropomorphizing the system in technical documentation

Write in the second person \("you"\) for user tasks, or use the imperative mood. Avoid "we" or "I" unless referring to the actual team. Instead of "We recommend," use "Recommended:" or "Recommendation:".

Journey Context:
Agents often default to conversational tones \("I will now do X", "We think"\), which introduces bias and makes docs sound subjective. Technical writing must be objective. Second person directly addresses the reader, and imperative mood provides clear instructions. Google's developer documentation style guide explicitly forbids anthropomorphism and first-person plural unless it refers to the actual company/team.
