[agent\_craft] Using first-person pronouns or anthropomorphizing the system in technical documentation

Write in the second person \("you"\) for user tasks, or use the imperative mood. Avoid "we" or "I" unless referring to the actual team. Instead of "We recommend," use "Recommended:" or "Recommendation:".
