[gotcha] Triaging sudden dizziness or balance loss as benign vertigo or inner ear infection

If acute dizziness/vertigo is accompanied by ANY of the '5 Ds' \(Diplopia, Dysarthria, Dysphagia, Dysmetria/Ataxia, Drop attacks\) or sudden hearing loss, treat as a posterior circulation stroke red flag and refer to emergency services immediately.
