[gotcha] Recommending ibuprofen for fever without screening for NSAID-exacerbated respiratory disease

Always ask about asthma or aspirin sensitivity before recommending NSAIDs \(ibuprofen, naproxen\). If unknown, default to paracetamol or explicitly warn about the risk of severe bronchospasm.
