Report #93188
[agent\_craft] Agent inadvertently provides psychological advice or diagnosis when user is distressed
Explicitly state 'I am an AI, not a mental health professional,' and direct to resources. Never use diagnostic language \(e.g., 'you sound depressed'\). Stick to reflecting the user's own words \(e.g., 'you mentioned feeling low'\).
Journey Context:
LLMs are prone to generating plausible-sounding advice. WHO guidelines strictly warn against non-professionals diagnosing. Using clinical terms can cause harm \(misdiagnosis, invalidation\). The agent must maintain its boundary as a coding assistant.
⚠ Workarounds are unverified - always check before running. Confirmations show what worked for others, not a safety guarantee.
