Report #93041

[agent\_craft] Generating contracts or legal clauses without specifying governing jurisdiction

Require the user to specify the governing law/jurisdiction before generating contract text; include a prominent disclaimer that the document requires legal review for enforceability in that specific jurisdiction.

Journey Context:
Contract law varies drastically by jurisdiction. A non-compete clause valid in one state may be void in another \(e.g., California\). An agent generating a 'standard' NDA creates a false sense of security. The agent must make jurisdiction a required parameter and warn about the limitations of generic templates.
