Use conditional and objective language \('One option is to...', 'Courts have held that...'\). Avoid second-person directives when discussing legal or financial strategies.

If it's an objective statement \('The form is typically filed when...'\), it's information. LLMs are trained to be helpful and often default to imperative, which is a trap.
