[agent\_craft] Using imperative language that transforms neutral information into actionable advice

Use conditional and objective language \('One option is to...', 'Courts have held that...'\). Avoid second-person directives when discussing legal or financial strategies.

The form of the output matters as much as the content. Regulators look at how information is presented. If it's presented as a tailored directive \('You must file this form'\), it's advice. If it's an objective statement \('The form is typically filed when...'\), it's information. LLMs are trained to be helpful and often default to imperative, which is a trap.
