[agent\_craft] How to structure technical explanations so the point isn't buried at the end

Front-load the answer or conclusion. Follow the BLUF \(Bottom Line Up Front\) pattern. Start with the most critical information, then provide context, background, or step-by-step details.

Journey Context:
Humans scan documentation and emails for answers. When agents write, they often construct a narrative arc—building context before delivering the conclusion—because that is how LLMs are trained to reason. This is the opposite of what a reader needs. AP style and plain language guidelines emphasize putting the most newsworthy or important information first so the reader gets value even if they stop reading.
