[agent\_craft] Using weasel words and hedging in technical recommendations

State recommendations directly. Use 'Recommend' or 'Use' instead of 'It is recommended to use' or 'You might want to consider using.'

Journey Context:
Agents hedge to avoid being wrong or to seem polite, but in technical writing, hedging creates ambiguity about whether an action is required, optional, or merely a suggestion. If something is a best practice, state it firmly. Strunk & White's principle of omitting needless words applies: cut the qualifiers.
